I would say make a few separate folders. when you see something that you absolutely have to try, like in the next few days, put it in one folder, entitled something like “Must Try Soon!”  The stuff that you think looks awesome, but is unlikely to try… Put in a folder entitled “For Future reference” And other things, just put them in a weight loss folder! I just reblog everything I see, then scroll down my blog when I want to try something new. But, the different folders thing would be very effective!

It literally took me up untill two weeks ago to see any change. Now I can’t stop looking at myself in the mirror in disbelief that this is my body. You can’t give up just yet. Keep going, and the change will come.

You have to do this for yourself. Not because your boyfriend said something. WHile that can be a factor, that motivation will fade eventually. You need to reevaluate why you’re losing weight, and as long as in the long run it’s for you, it will be difficult to lose motivation. <3
